<<don't have to be a Realtor to access it...
can be a just a good ole real estate agent.>>

I have to mention here that I don't understand what you are talking about. MLS access necessarily involves access to properties owned by private individuals. State license rules apply and the only way to get a key that will admit strangers into a property is to become a member of the MLS, which requires being a member of NAR and subscribing to all state and association rules. Where else does one get a key to all the properties on the market?

I happen to be a state-licensed
"good ole real estate agent", and I don't presently have access to any properties unless I get a Realtor to let me in. I also do not have access to the MLS, because I do not pay the fees necessary to do so.

Bobby, Its early in Seattle so I assume you are still awake. I am down the coast from you. I will be having an open house starting in December. These "limited service listings" you mention, well I have been following this thread as I am concerned about the "Real Estate Crash" and do not recall such listings. Can you point me to them, it may be helpful in selling my home. Really though, I a thinking a plain old personal web page may work best, along with a sign out front. What are the limited listings? I looked at FSBO.com and got no listings in my area at all. EBAY has one home in our area do you think this would work. Do you just auction it off or what?

You have to belong to MLS to access it.
