OTOH, he just agreed to the inspections so it appears he doesn't want to die yet. Probably figures it will be more fun to play cat and mouse.

He wants nothing more than a ground war with US ground troops. His best chance for that is a republican agenda. He wants to die, we want him dead. No reason we all can't be happy.

He may want a ground war. But he doesn't WANT to die; that's why he ran when he had the chance. He is scared, that's why he is hiding.
