CONGRATS- SOUNDS LIKE THE "GOOD-GUYS" ARE SCORING SOME IMPRESSIVE WINS!!! What is the status of the GECC suit? Conflicting info. on the RB thread. Is the Georgia, action (creatively filed by shareholders) still pending? I asked on that thread but can't get a response. Also, what is the status of the Marvin v. Janice Shell suit? Once again, I asked the question at RB but, I am out of the loop. I would like to see someone finally countersue the heck out of one of these companies/assh's and win some big bucks. It would go a long way in protecting our first amendment rights.
