Today I have a praise report and I attribute it to all of your prayers on this thread. Gregor, I'm sure you remember my concern about my stepfather and my eldest son and how they were acting. My step dad was cold, callous and never to my knowledge ever admitted any wrong in his life or said he was ever sorry. About 3 weeks ago I found him on his living room floor, unable to get up. He had lain there from 3am until 7 pm the next day. We got him to the hospital by ambulance and they shipped him to Deaconess hospital rehabilitation clinic in OKC. He had a stroke that effected his tongue, left arm and leg. I have come to know him in a new way. He has become a nice person. For the first time in his life he has told me he was sorry and has hugged me, telling me he loved me. He is back home now and is able to use his legs well enough to get around on a stroller device with wheels. This is a good example of God using a bad thing to cause eventual good. I know Christ dwells within him. Such a nice person now! I still have hopes for my son! James
