I can't tell you what to do but my rule on video drivers is if they are working, don't mess with new ones. Good luck buddy.

Nemer,

Could be that your video card took this particular opportunity to die. I have a COMPAQ which had an integrated video card. Picked up the KLEZ virus this past spring. Had to take the machine in to have it removed.......two days later, the screen went dark. Back to the shop......... Prognosis: bad video card.....................Fix: new video card.

P.S., Don't forget to connect your monitor into the NEW video card plug.

Regards,

Knip
