North Korea and it's government has been an incredible lie for over fifty years.


I would think their best interest would be to hide nuclear weapons if they had them, instead of proclaiming them when they don't. They are after, negotiating for food and trade. I would assume that if they had a sucessful test of an A-bomb it would be detected.
