Thanks for the links Mark. I'll put them to good use.
The licenses I looked at were a mixed bag - some were renewed and some were not renewed.
However, I'll make sure that there hasn't been a "clerical error" or similar.

Are those licenses current? That could explain why they are in the current data base.

You don't have to tell me Cyto! My training is in pathology too! If we missed the tiniest lesion hiding under a mucosal fold of a colon resection, or the positive nodes in the pericolic fat...the patient is DEAD!

I know what I saw, just like you! PRONOUNS, they were removed like a pair of hypertrophic tonsils!! I'm so happy you concur!

Cyto!
You had a blind pathologist doing the gross!!! LOL

"the specimen consists of 'fill in the blank' eliptical pieces of skin....." LOL

I have seen pathologists leave skin biopsies, prostate bx's (FNA), etc. , in the container, then the techs have to go back and find the container in the waste when the surgeon complains!!

I had an attending who did an axillary disstection for lymph nodes in a breast CA case...he said he found "no" nodes....the surgeon went nuclear, the attending told me to go back and do more dissection...I didn't fing 2 nodes, or 5 nodes, etc., I found 30 nodes!! 1 the size of an almond!! Believe me, some of these pathologists are dangerous. The way medicine is today, hospitals hiring more administrators and less medical personel, its getting very dangerous to go into many of the larger hospitals, IMO.

TVSI is a long play, I accumulate at this price and kick back. I hope you followed thru with that one pick I gave you ( do not mention on thread). ...I roll those profits into my long plays.....

All the best!!

Cyto,

I studied under a very prominent Italian pathologist. We were at the multi-headed microscope one day reveiwing slides....he made a commentary along the lines of what you said, first-off though, he was quite the opposite of your Dr. 'Psyco', This guy used to say that a 'good' pathologist should be able to do an autopsy in a tuxedo. This guy was also a chef, he had quite a protruding belly. The rest of us would be in full scrubs, double-gloved, practicing 'universal precations', while the 'great one' would only have a tiny plastic apron clinging to his protruding belly! Such a sight, he would perform the autopsy like a chef over the makings for a meal...
Anyways...we were around the microscope and he informed us ....that 'man' was at one time barefoot , and in being so would pick up tiny cuts and lacerations on the bottom of their feet. The latent function of this was that early man had a very strong immune system. Now, with universal precautions and all, Man's immune system, in his opinion, had gotten very week. He chose to perform posts and all gross pathology without gloves, mask, etc. !
I guess its' just 'old school' philiosophy, I'd be curious to know if your 'Dr. Psyco' was European and how old he was.

I have faith in TVSI, I hope we get a release with some substance sometime very soon, I'm long TVSI and find some comfort in the fact that the SEC is looking closer at manipulation in the TVSI market.

All the Best!

Cyto

I remember calling SurgPath, "Cut N' Strut"!!
At one time I did ALL the gross pathology, all the surgical exams, AND was on the call list for autopsies. This particular hospital performed 22K surgicals a year, or about 150 day!...

so , consider the complex cases like colon resections and radical mastectomy's sitting in acid formalin for a lymph-node dissection BEFORE the histotechs left for the day, all those radical hysterectomy's, hypertrophic prostates with those gazillion cassettes, the usual gall bladders, UHGG! Those melonomas with all those inked margins and a gazillion more cassetes, then YOU STILL HAD TO PERFORM THE AUTOPSIES TOO!!

Boy Cyto, I really miss that grind!! NOT!!!

We also had to teach residents from other specialties going thru on rotations, I made videos and just told 'em to go watch and quizz later, unless of course the resident was a cutie!!

Yeah TVSI is a long play, no hurry.....

All the BEst!

Cytotekk!

Good Morning, and why aren't you hunched over your microscope this morning!?

I remember walking into surgpath after a 1hr. drive, seeing a row of specimens wrapping around the block, including colon resections and prostate with about abillion cassettes to be submitted, then the tech handing you 2 charts for pending autopsies that must be completed by lunch!
Do I miss medicine? What d'you think?

Look, don't pay any attention to S.I.'s gang that couldn't shoot straight. They play this game relentlessly. Give Raabe a call. He informed me that the 2.5MM shares was his compensation, at the current price it doesn't amount to much, in fact I've made that much in the past 2 days on that stock pick I gave you! (please don't mention it publically)..PLUS, he can only sell those shares in 10% increments and ONLY on upticks....in other words, he's getting paid in nickels and dimes.

He informed me he sold Planet Sports and that Aggression Sports is in the "conceptual stage", he pointed to the 30MM shares of common stock defined in the 8K as 'aquisition currency'....we haven't seen a release yet clarifying/defining AGRESSION SPORTS, Raabe said there would be no release untl he had something of substance to say, the rumor is that that is very shortly.
He also informed me that he believes the SEC is examining manipulation in the TVSI market.

Don't believe the hype of dump & pumpers, or me , or ANYONE on the internet. Give Raabe a call. He's a really nice, easy going guy, you'll enjoy the conversation and get the insight I believe your looking for.

Cytotekk,

I'm guessing from your monicker that you and I come from a background in Pathology. Imagine this as a gross examination. I dictate the presence of white, potatoe-like masses surrounded by lobular adipose tissue. I ink the margins, I section the mass, and lo and behold, under the microscope I see the cancer has spread beyond the margins.
This cancer has metastasized from the RMIL thread to the TVSI thread. The cancer extends far beyond the margins.... We cut-out the masses, but we can't stop the spread of the disease.

Do we let the patient die? Do we allow this cancer to kill all our investments? No! We diagnose, for pathology is discovery! The cancer spreads as it always does, this we know...the cancer killing these 2 investments is as predictable, a barrage of complaints to regulatory agencies about the company, the principals of the company and some of its shareholders. Meanwhile, the cavernous naked short that resembles a blood filled cavity from which the cancerous mass was excised...still has cancer spreading far beyond its walls.... yes the cancer is killing our investments , but the MM's short is riddled with the remnants of the primary tumor....the naked short!! No matter how far the cancer has spread from its' primary sight, a good pathologist will diagnose the diseases primary source was the huge , undeclared , naked short!!!
