That's what I was referring to. Instead of removing NoAds why not try unchecking the option to load NoAds every time Windows starts?

Check POW under Browser add ons.. I use it.. Works well enough.. Mind you, you have to identify the popup that you want to kill for the first time but after that it will zap it if you make subsequent visit to the offending site..
