Paul: We are cross posting. I do not disagree on the huge future you see for WiFi.

I own MRVL (Marvell Technology Group)for example for its smarts and prospects in extended wireless WiFi inter alia, and expect good results. (Could be wrong of course, as I have often been in the past <G>)[And as goes without saying, I hope, that is not investment advice]

Also if we were in New Zealand, Maurice's company might be a possibility - that seems particulary interesting although small and experimental. [And that is not investment advice either - although Maurice might give his money guarantee for which he is famous - I do not]

All I am suggesting is that when push comes to shove, I think ubiquity wins - and that is mobile wireless. Speed matters less IMO. But again, Qualcomm's one chip will permit access to speeds of WiFi beyond 1X Ev-DO for those who wish. Qualcomm really does try to cover the bases.
It is not your father's Oldsmobile.
