I have had to fight foot problems off and on since I started dancing. I find the best thing is a plastic bag full of ice applied as often as you can stand it to reduce the swelling.

Oh, well, looks like I get out of housework for the foreseeable future. Darn!;^)

LOL, CB!! That's a really painful way to get out of housework! Going to the movies might have been a better idea...not so much pain (of course depending on the flick you decided to see....)

Glad the injury wasn't any more serious... this one sounds serious and painful enough!!
