Paul, that's the thing, I have trouble interpreting that number because I can't tell whether it's just churn or change in OI. Then there's the other factor: regardless of what it truly means, people take action based on what they think it means (i.e., convention). This also has (big?) effect. I wonder which contributes more: truth or perception. The age old question, I guess.
