Jim: I agree that it is likely (Gaps usually get filled more than 80% of the time, although sometimes they don't.<g> Just look at YHOO's chart an the up-gap on October 9)

Q's financial condition remains precarious, but they seem to be making movements in the right direction.

Today they have had a couple of positive announcements.

Afshin Mohebbi, Qwest's operating chief and right-hand man to former CEO Joe Nacchio, said late Wednesday he would resign at year-end after three-and-a-half years with the company. The change comes as Qwest starts the first of many meetings with large bondholders to get its desperately needed $12.9 billion refinancing plan in gear.

At any rate, the stock is up 4,16% and the volume is well past the 10 M.
