DJ, you are reading wrong my post - France has it's own economic interests which go square against teh US - read Strattfor analysis. As to Germany Schröder to placate the Greens went all out against the US refusing any support. I can only assume that the CDU would had been much more responsible and there is no question that the CDU & FDP are strong allyes of the US within Germany. As to China do you even think that China would like to live in an US centric world ? after all they are the most populos country and why not transform the world into a China centric world ? after all Mao wanted exactly that Hope I made myself clear ........no?
