How do you get them to prosperity though, when they're ruled by mad priests who don't even have a church hierarchy you can grab by the neck and shake .... and no recent history of science, due to the above no doubt ... no property rights, no freedom of expression .. tough job

So should we encourage our minister of war to help 'regime change' in Iraq? ... what are the costs to doing the bugger, as opposed to the costs of not doing him? .... Bush is too pushy by half, smartening up now though and going through the UN, as long as the US doesn't get overly scarey itself, i would call twenty or so nations and the security council a quorum and we should be in at that time in as meaningful a way as possible .... thing is though, the invasion part will be a whole lot easier than the subsequent occupation .... could be a major can of worms, bad precedent maybe, requires serious thought ... i am not well-read and up to date on this
