OT Sneak-a-legislation President Bush is about to sign the Homeland Security bill, in which is contained a get out of jail free card for Eli Lilly. Eli Lilly's vaccines have and additive which is suspected in causing the alarming increase in autism from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 500. This "disconnect" added legislation will exempt Eli Lilly from 150 current lawsuits and thousands more in the making, and probably allow them to continue to destroy lives with impunity.

Certainly Pres. Clinton recognized Saddam's danger.
