As far as I know, you cannot just add or remove ingredients from a medication, vaccination, or drug, once it has FDA approval. This means that if an ingredient is removed, the vaccination may have to undergo FDA testing as an experimental drug/medication all over again (I think Patricia, might know this subject better).

"If you do the crime... be prepared to do the time" - moral legalistic principle, much beloved in Conservative (and other) circles.

"If you do harm to others - without a knowing disclaimer and acceptance of risks by them - than you are responsible for cleaning up your own mess". - popular Libertarian concept.

"If you are politically well-connected enough, you can escape all responsibility for your actions" - founding principle of Crony Capitalism.

"Now this has nothing to do with homeland security. Nothing"

I thought it was to protect the companies against lawsuits regarding vaccine production for chemical warfare. I noticed there are a lot of "maybes" and "perhaps" and even a "real bad smell". But no facts to back up the paranoid ramblings.
