Yea, but then you have to define what "torture" is. It could conceivably run the gamut from the death penalty to MTV or WWWF wrestling. Win could say we're torturing him. I could claim the same re zonder.

UN is an external affairs group. It is the EU who is concerned by the human rights abuses of its members, since they are uniting member states under the same flag and currency, with freedom of movement for citizens. Essentially the same country, that is.
