I think that philosophy is an extension of learning by experience and/or reasoning things out. Man is a social animal; he can only fulfill his nature in society; therefore, every man has a stake in the well- being of society. Societies require honesty, trust, justice, and mercy. Greed is bad because it leads to breaches of trust and injustice, as one seeks immoderately to gain. Charity is good because it is merciful, and increases our sense of solidarity with our fellows in society. See, not so hard.....
