Thanks for the heads up. No, I've not heard back from SGMA IR. I'm thinking about putting in low-balls for $3.25 and $3.10, but am wondering if we've got an earnings restatement(as we did in this quarter last year) -- or something(write off for SMTU?) -- coming. And I'm going to email the company again. They've always been very responsive to emails. This isn't like them AT ALL. Edit: Their web site is unresponsive, something I've not seen before. Edit2: I entered those buys, GTC, at $3.28 and $3.07, but haven't been able to get to the company. My guess is I'll soon find out if there's bad news coming out. -tgp
