I'd guess the MM had the order to sell 10K in hand when he filled my order. Thanks for the heads up. Only one order filled at $3.27, then one at $3.28 and then again at $3.3something, and then it went to $3.50. I know....I was there when it happened. <g> I'm thinking about putting in low-balls for $3.25 and $3.10, but am wondering if we've got an earnings restatement(as we did in this quarter last year) -- or something(write off for SMTU?) -- coming. This happens right before every earnings report......a big downdraft just before the big move up. That's why I only bought a little two weeks and bought most of my position today. And will buy more on Friday or next week. I would be surprised if it drops below $3.50 again but who can know. And I'm going to email the company again. They've always been very responsive to emails. This isn't like them *AT ALL*. Edit: Their web site is unresponsive, something I've not seen before. Edit2: I entered those buys, GTC, at $3.28 and $3.07, but haven't been able to get to the company. My guess is I'll soon find out if there's bad news coming out. Stop.....you're freaking me out! Seriously, I think something is wrong with the net in general today. I have been having trouble today at any number of websites including Fidelity's. Besides, I've been having good luck with my stocks. Yesterday, I decided spontaneously to sell my TQNT and take profits. After the bell, they announced they would only hit the low end of their guidance, and today they sold off.....half of my profits would have been lost had I not sold. And then, I waivered about taking profits on CRDS before their earnings report last nite, and decided to hold. The report turned out to be a decent one and CRDS is up today. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with talent or skill but just plain dumb luck. So don't undermine my false sense of security and well being with your paranoia about SGMA! <g> ted
