These are consequential differences. Consequential to whom???? To me? Frankly, no. To a marine biologist? Sure. To someone swimming among either porpoises or sharks who had damn well better know the difference? Could be differnces worth life or death. Back to my example. Are the differences between bullet fragments in a case here in Washington State that has nothing to do with you and that you know nothing about important to you? If so, why? But those differences can, as I pointed out, be the difference life and death to a client.
