The differences are important in the context of examining differences. They do not have to be important to all people in all places. They are only important with reference to comparison. If I follow you, then you agree that whether something is important is a matter of context, person, and place, right? If so, then there could be a context, person, and place where the difference between men and beasts was not important. Right? I can agree with both those statements. Can you?
