Interesting. It is also interesting that the Consumer number this morning was up slightly from a 9 year low and that the previous number was revised downward (I believe that that is what I read). Since it is painfully obvious to all that business spending is not increasing and that the consumer is in a fragile state, the markets appear to be acting irrationally exuberant again.
