You need to correct that "US money for settlement thing" I have seen a few times in your posts.

Israel gets the US aid PROVIDED Israel buys ninety % of US weapons with it.

Which means that if Mr. Cummings (your US next door neighbor, a very nice person btw) sells some stuff to Is, it's on another account, same with the Germans missiles.

So you could say that the US is using Israel as an unsinkable flat top in the ME. See, for some reason the US never fully trusted any Arab regime...

But please, Zonder, don't ask me why. ;^)

The arabs get more. While it is popular to point out that the most aid to an individual country goes to Israel - Egypt is a close second (2.25 Billion in '99). The CIA World factbook is a good source.
