St. Ralph is the creation of Jeff McNelly, creator of Shoe. Every year, on the day after Thanksgiving, St. Ralph appears at the Shoney's Big Boy that has been the most sincere. This is one of my husband's family traditions, and I can't verify it via google. The reason we cook both roast beef and turkey is that Ben won't eat any bird meat of any kind, and I refuse to celebrate Thanksgiving without a turkey. We will only be having six at dinner. We have two refrigerators, and eventually everything will be eaten. We like leftovers.
