My favorite is ENER their new plant is just coming on line and is capable of manufacturing the cells in rolls for a whole new range of applications, the ENER goods are already Triple Junction. Should have the lowest cost per kwh as well. Have strong partnerships with others including Baekert who manufactures metal roofs, which now can be converted to energy producing infrastructure using new peal and stick solar technology.
