Dubya "responsible"

. . . . for the economic mess? Sure, to the extent that someone is criminally responsible for watching a person drown.

Bush is not even aware that we have an economy. "Interest rates are down." Duh! What a bonehead. I'm not even sure he could be accused of "watching" the economy drown.

Ronnie led a "rape" of the federal treasury in the 1980s and BJ Bill led one of Wall Street and the retail investor in the 1990s. Poof! Gone! Dubya's just out looking for a posse. The problem is that he was one of the bigger beneficiaries of both of the "rapes."

Just because we had asses for leaders in the past doesn't make Dubya an economic leader. He studies economics--if at all--in the comics section.
