Light marijuana use is 11 joints a week, nearly two joints a day? Hellooooo!!??? <g>

I wonder how they would define, "occasional" use. Weekends, holidays, birthdays, Monday night football, Wednesday hump day, Friday happy hour, Thursday night out, lunch, and other "occasions"? <g>
