My BK experience is quite limited, though it has involved large cases. I think that generally the BK judge feels he can represent the shareholder's interest. If he doesn't he then could appoint a rep. for them. So I did not expect there to be a SH's rep. I don't think he can acquire control of the class action suits but I don't really know. BK judges have amazing power. I have seen them laugh the IRS out of the room.
