I disagree. I find Tim to be one of only a few persons on this thread who seems pretty reasonable at all times. As to fairness, surely you'll remember that he hasn't hesitated to take issue with either you or me when he thinks we're "out there".

Not that I'm campaigning for the position but as a judge I would interpret the law not bend it to my will. I think part of the problem with many of the current judges is exactly that they have bent the law too much to their will.
