I remember all the hubbub a few years ago about Canada building all these massive pipelines to export gas to the US. If they are not filled then I would expect AECO prices to track Henry Hub, with a relatively constant basis difference, which would be roughly equal to the transportation costs to get it through the pipelines.

Are all the Canadian NG export pipelines already filled to capacity?
