It sounds delicious...do you use a 9 x 13 in. pan?

How is your diet coming along? That diet really is the only one that ever worked for me.

Re: stuffing/dressing. I had a revelation last year eating post-Thanksgiving dinner at the National Gallery cafeteria (which is actually pretty good). The chef made standard American white-bread-with-sage dressing but the bread was very rich, maybe challah, maybe brioche, and I realized for the first time that no matter how you dress it up, unless the bread is good, the dressing won't be as good as it could be.

I have a nice pot of lemon thyme (stays outside during the winter) and one of bay (comes inside) and much prefer using my own herbs to packaged. Next year I will plant my own sage.
