That's the difference. The "Religious Right" never supported violence. The people who committed violence in the name of Christianity were not, in fact, part of the "Religious Right" -- they were criminals, and the "Religious Right" views them as criminals.

Yes, they were criminals after they committed the murders but before that, they were part of the Religious Right.

You don't know that. You've seen dancing in the street and so you assume all Palestinians are in support. That's like saying all college kids are assholes because of the ones who rioted after the Ohio State game. Many Palestinians are opposed to the suicide bombings and are fearful their children will be persuaded to become a martyr. But I have yet to see numbers for either side. Have you?

It isn't the same thing.

It is the same thing. Your thinking suggests that because the radicalized Religious Right speaks English, they somehow are nicer. The truth is that both groups are religious, fundamentalist ideologues much like OBL. And its my opinion, they are the most dangerous people in the world.
