Ah, but I don't choose the country then match my answers to fit - that would be backwards. So I wouldn't do that.

If given the choice of where to live, without the test, I would put Canada or NZ very high, and the Scandanavian countries would also rank highly. The US would be lower, but still high, and the UK lower still (we're too small and crowded, it limits optimism too much). Never thought about the Baltics... I suppose they might be nice soon, but not for another decade or so, even Estonia. IMO.
The drawback with our ex-colonies is of course the huge chip nearly all carry on their shoulders, the incredible envy of and teenage repulsion from the mother country...

Oh, and I'd miss the history.

I'd never thought of Bhutan. Like, for any reason. I'd loathe the wet heat anywhere tropical/equatorial, especially if it's worse than Houston in May.
