I know Steve Harper, and I believe that given the chance he could turn things around. This is going to disappoint you bigtime but when I read that I immediately said to myself "who the hell is Steve Harper?" I assumed he was a reform or alliance fellow but I did a google search to make sure. ftlcomm.com I mention this not to diminish your comment but to let you realize the uphill battle that exists.
