My guess is that these agreements need to be negociated aside from this initial NTAP/HDS agreement. Unfortunately, the caliber of analysts asking questions was poor. Here's a pointer to the audio conference call, NTAP said there'll be a pointer on their web site for a webcast replay: "A replay will be available by dialing (800) 642-1687 in the United States, and (706) 645-9291 outside the United States, replay code 6989544."
