No, I did not buy Intel today. Just added to networker/wireless/consumer electronic stocks.
I don't think Intel has much downside given the outlook for PCs from analysts and companies like MSFT.

Intel has pricing power but they chose not to exercise it yet. Of course, there is no way to avoid buying an AMD or Intel chip anywhere in the world. No piracy issues either. So growth in China can be incredible for INTEL or AMD---I think Intel gets most of it; unfortunately, it probably won't translate to the same growth for Microsoft due to piracy.

Intel is the only semi I would consider buying (maybe on the next pullback). I see it as a sort of defensive play, believe it or not!
