Thanks for the info and link.. We will be forced to try and recover more and more from old wells....it of course will get very expensive. But as of the moment, the US is consuming about 15.2 million bbls of crude/day. 5.7 million is produced domestically. The "field" in your link was milked for an additional approx. 500 bbls/day. ANWAR may produce as much as 800K bbls/day at its peak so you can see it is only a drop in the bucket. Any wonder why Bush et al covet the Iraqi oil fields???
