No doubt, Said, like all of us, carries personal grudges and they show up in his writing at times. After all, he writes a rather great deal and writes close to his emotions. But reading Kramer only indicts Kramer.

So, it isn't at all hypocritical for a celebrity academic like Said to charge another writer with having a cushy living in America, as well as slandering him as having worked for Saddam? Oh, that's right, you cannot judge Said, his situation is "complicated".

I notice you don't have a similar trouble with Kramer, lol. I wonder, why the difference?
