So what's your take?

I agree with the Judge who told the French, "Hey, the servers are setting in the US, forgeddaboutit!" Your Abortion example can be matched by many sites that urge "Fatwas." It is the old, "Fire in a a crowded Theater" example. We also have the present case where the "Rico Act" is being used to try to stop protests. And what should be done about a site that just lists Abortion Providers in an area, Name and address, and says nothing more? It gets tough with the reach of the Internet.

We are both in agreement about free speech, except on campus, I guess, where you seem to be willing to bend on examples of "Hate Speech" that you think encourage violence. I look on it as nothing more than attempted Political Censorship. My viewpoint seems to be winning on this one.

We have to realize that the rest of the World is totally opposed to this Country's First Amendment position. It is going to be a long, continuing Internet battle, and I think the "Rebel Forces" will win out against the "Evil Empire." Just too many ways hackers can get around filters.
