I'm still here. Always have been.......Will be to the end I guess. I'd hate to break my streak of reading every last one of the 18,426 (including this one) posts here. I'm too cheap to have paid real $ for full access over there, and am still trying to leverage the $300 I paid for 'Lifetime' membership over here. (I wonder if they meant my lifetime or theirs?). Anyway, I use this place for PM's etc.

Didja see the news over @ Ihub? Linda Kaplan is back. She hasn't changed much since we last saw her smiling, talkative electrons. We can't seem to get a word in edgewise ;-)

Congrats on the new business. What kind is it if I may ask?
I got a nice 72% LIFO return on my sell of CTXS early this week. First AIM sell in 6 or more months I think.

Regards, Steve

I'm still lurking. I've had some nice AIM action in FFIV lately and a sell in CKFR. Nice to have some cash again. I had buys on most of my holdings but couldn't do anything about it.

Steve,
Still monitoring things here. Tax season is almost upon us and I have a new assignment (and a new office) to look forward to. IBB triggered a sale for us at long last.

Hi Steve, I was happy to see that there was no "h" in your Last Man Sitting comment! I'd hate to think the board was getting constipated!

Well, the good thing is that Atkins will rip the love handles right off your belt line. The bad news is it's not all that much fun for the first part of the diet scheme. Once you're past the fast weight loss part, you'll start to look forward to your first pretzel as a special treat!

Two things I noticed once I was on the Maintenance end of Adkins:
1) Sweets taste overwhelmingly sweet;
2) I'm an amazingly short hitter relative to alcohol when there's not 15 Lbs of pasta down in the gut as a base!

Maybe Dr. Adkins should change the title of his book to

LOSE WEIGHT AND SAVE ON YOUR LIQUOR BILL!

Sorry to hear you had to go back to work.
Must be some kind of addictive behavior disorder.
Apparently I'm immune!
:-)

Thanks for "Cher"ing your comments on the concert.
Hope her body parts are still holding UP okay!
Gravity can be wicked!

Best regards, Tom
PS: I sold the Q's a while back and bought IYW Tech Sector fund instead. The Q's were gaining shares in IBB Biotech Sector so I figured I'd own each individually instead of both in a common pot. I've been fleshing out the rest of the Sector Funds since that start. Now own IBB, IYC (consumer cyclicals), IYE (US energy), IYG (financial services), IYH (healthcare) and IYW. Some day I'll add IYR (REITs) but not until Mr. Greenspan raises interest rates a bunch of times.
