The military believes Shasniyeh was behind a bomb attack on a heavily armored tank that killed three soldiers in March. (Seems like a legitimate reason to go after him to me.) ....Six Hamas activists were among those killed...(Hamas being the popular terrorist organization which explicitly wants to prevent peace between Israel and Palestinians, preferring to "ethnically clean" the Jews from the mideast.) ....On Wednesday, another alleged member of the Popular Resistance Committee -- Mustafa Sabah -- was killed...(that would be the same organization the suspected bomber was a member of.) ....Later Friday, Israeli troops entered a West Bank village and shot to death a suspected Islamic Jihad fugitive, identified as Abdel Hadi Omar, 21...(Islamic Jihad- another group like Hamas.) ....among the dead: Osama Hassan Tahrawi, a 31-year-old school attendant, who was killed along with two of his brothers by a missile; and the woman who died in the hospital from shrapnel injuries, Ahlam Riziq Kandil, a 31-year-old elementary school teacher. (OK, finally two innocent casulties killed in the battle. Very regrettable.) ...Troops approaching Shasniyeh's house came under withering gunfire from nearby homes and on the street in what turned into a close-quarters gunbattle in the camp's narrow alleys...(Confirming the other side was engaged in battle as well. Maybe that's how the 2 innocent casulties occurred.) Rampage? Israel should be blamed for waging war back against groups which are actively involved in war against it?
