Each year we take dozens of them, corn and grain fed. We will have three of them for Christmas dinner (lots of folks visiting, plus a large family). They are wonderful, but one can't treat them as one would a cage-raised plastic goose one might get from the grocers. Wild goose is far superior if handled and cooked properly.
