The right to own a weapon is not granted by the Second Amendment, it's PROTECTED by the Second Amendment. It's an individual right, the 9th circuit court of liberals and gungrabbers notwithstanding.

You do not have a right to own a weapon....notwithstanding you r reading the 2nd amendment....

Natural rights are not granted by the Constitution. They exist as endowed by your Creator, or as a consequence of the nature of man, depending on your religious views. The Constitution is a document that serves as a reminder to the government, and any other individuals who may think otherwise, that there are certain fundamental rights that are absolute and not to be encroached upon.

My right to keep and bear arms is a natural right. It is not granted by the Constitution. The Constitution is a reminder to you of my natural rights.

Okay den. Come and take them.

What militia do you belong to????

I'm a dang militia myself. And I'm dang well-regulated too.

And why shouldn't you register your weapon???

Because there is no reason why I should register them and because it ain' no dang body's business what firearms I got.
