Feel the same way about them....Yesterday, I used half the amount each time, except at night...and today hopefully will do the same or less. Just when I think the knee is better, I stand and move....and have to rethink the situation. Can't imagine what happened. Maybe it will be better after today. How about you? Bet it's hard for you too to have to ask folks for what you want/need. Most of us here (on SI) are quite used to anticipating and doing what needs to be done, on our way to do something else. It's hard to keep one's mouth quiet and not make suggestions. <wry smile> Thought I'd get some reading done, but can't concentrate much....sigh..... At least as a book end, we can see what's going on....
