DiCaprio? Good Lord! Well he better get his hiney into Gold's gym and muscle up pronto. He also needs to learn how to drink brobdignagian quantities of vino and look real mean. :o}

So who plays Roxanne? God, I hope they don't turn it into a pc love story. :o}

>>I hear Leonardo DiCaprio has the role.<<

DiCaprio? As Alexander? Yikes.

He's a born pretty boy and if he's lucky, he'll grow up to be a pretty man.

In my mind's eye, Alexander was neither. He was a man's man, and I don't mean it like *that* although I understand there was some of that, too.

I watched a bit of Cleopatra the other day. Roddy McDowell bit the big one, Richard Burton was only so-so, and Elizabeth Taylor's big solo speech made me cringe. Her voice was so nasal and whiney.

So hard to do good costume dramas.
