Pretty much all countries on this planet have some sort of a weapons program - developed or purchased - and a group of loonies that finance other loonies. Are you saying this is grounds to invade them all?

Case in point:

The US was the most important source of finances for the IRA (not anymore after the recent distaste for terrorism). Are you saying it would be OK for the British to invade the US?
