There's another opportunity fund type shareholder that has come out against the $7.00 ps.

Personally, I think it's pretty good, but maybe these guys will make enough racket to get D&B to sweeten the pot.

Amazing how snots like Mario complain when a company is bought out. DNB buyout of HOOV was at a hefty premium to market so offer was MORE than fair. I HATE these scum sharholders who talk tough after a buyout hits and they b=tch and moan that the offer should be much higher.... Where were these greedy scums when HOOV price lingered below $5 for months like a turd? Why weren't they talking tough when HOOV has in the bowels at $5 or less this year? Disgusting
