I never really liked the seat heaters. The seats on the various cars I have driven or been a passenger in don't really seem that cold, esp. once the heater starts to heat up the interior. If its really cold outside I am probably dressed warmly so I have some insulation between me and the seat and as the only vehicle that I have been a passenger in that had heated seats had the controls set up in such a way that I kept accidently turning them on without being able to quickly turn them off when things got to warm. Maybe if I lived in a place that regularly experienced sub zero temperatures but it doesn't get quite that cold very often in Northern VA. Tim
