I remember you writing about Tom on another thread. I never quite know what to think about stories like that- there is a part of me that thinks, why is he giving up? Fight! And another that sympathizes and thinks, why bother. Mostly I guess I just hear stories and remind myself how we can never know or really understand someone else and what they go through to get where they are. Most of us are lucky enough not to be living on the edge. Although, this past year in the airline industry has brought us a little closer.
